1. Welcome to coltstable.com and the Interface!
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU: (A) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT: (I) YOU HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 18, AND (II) YOU HAVE THE CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO BINDING OBLIGATIONS; (B) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY, AS UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME; AND (C) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICIES OF OUR THIRD PARTY PARTNERS, FOR EXAMPLE, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PARTNERS AND DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOLS. IF YOU ARE USING OUR SERVICES ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR A CORPORATE ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY TO OUR TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of both the coltstable.org website (referred to as "coltstable.com") and app.coltstable.com interface (referred to as the “Interface") collectively referred to as the "Services." The Services are brought to you by Saga Foundation Ltd., a Singapore-based non-profit public company limited by guarantee (”Saga,” "we," "us," or "our").
coltstable.com provides information and resources about the fundamentals of the decentralized non-custodial liquidity protocol called the Colt Stable Protocol, comprised of open-source self-executing smart contracts that are deployed on various permissionless public blockchains, such as SagaEVM (the "Colt Stable Protocol" or the "Protocol"). Colt Stable does not control or operate any version of the Colt Stable Protocol on any blockchain network.
The Interface is an independent interface providing one of the available applications through which users, via their self-custodial wallets, interact with the Colt Stable Protocol.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE BELOW. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THAT ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW) WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
You are entering into a binding Agreement.
