Staking/unstaking D is permissionless and atomic. Staking capacity is determined by D’s supply cap in lending markets. On the other hand, unstaking capacity is based on available liquidity for withdrawal from lending markets.
Staking D (Minting stkD)
- Go to app.coltstable.com and connect your wallet.
- Navigate to the “Stake” page and select the “Stake” tab on the widget.
- Enter the D amount you’d like to stake to preview how much stkD you’ll receive. Your entered amount must be lower than the remaining staking capacity.
- If everything looks good, click “Authorize” to approve the transaction in your wallet.
- After authorization, click “Stake” to complete the staking request.
- Once the transaction confirms, stkD will appear in your wallet.
Unstaking D (Redeeming stkD)
- Go to app.coltstable.com and connect your wallet.
- Navigate to the “Stake” page and select the “Unstake” tab on the widget.
- Enter the stkD amount you’d like to redeem to preview how much D you’ll receive. Your entered amount must be lower than the remaining unstaking capacity.
- If everything looks good, click “Authorize” to approve the transaction in your wallet.
- After authorization, click “Unstake” to complete the unstaking request.
- Once the transaction confirms, D will appear in your wallet.
